[Samba] access database locking issue

Try adding *.ldb to the veto oplocks list.
We've doing MS Access development here with Samba servers since 1998.
I've had the most reliable Access database performance with oplocks
disabled.
Platform: FreeBSD 4.9, Samba 2.2.8a
