As RedHat will only (as far as I know) support a 'pure' RHEL
distribution, the team decided not to provide packages for this
distribution. (And as we are not RH customers, we can't build/test them
anyway).
On a more practical level, you could probably grab the RHEL SRPM, update
the version number and tarball, and rebuild.
