[Samba] keep windows acl for copy win<->samba

i want to duplicate files between 2 servers (a win2k server and samba 
3.0.2-6.3E, whitebox linux) and keep windows acl
samba/winbind as been configured as domain member (following 
http://ftp.easynet.be/samba/docs/man/Samba-HOWTO-Collection/FastStart.html#fast-member-server)

i can copy from windows to samba with GUI and keep acls but if i mount a 
windows share on samba side, i lost acl to have only uid/gid of the 
mounter. is there is any way to keep windows acl when mounting ? (so i 
can backup this data from unix side)
