[Samba] Ill formed hosts line error

When I mount a Windows share from my Linux computer I get his error:

getlmhostsent: Ill formed hosts line [<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<]
getlmhostsent: Ill formed hosts line [<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<]
getlmhostsent: Ill formed hosts line [<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<]

I am running kernel Linux 2.6.7-rc3-love1

What does this error mean. The share seems to work for the most part but
is a little flakey sometimes.
