[Samba] Is there a way to allow empty user (NULL) to connect to samba3 as nobody/guest from W2K/XP workstations?

Are you sure?  Do you mean real anonymous logins or just guest
logins?  There's a difference.  What is happening in the
SMBsessetup&X exchange?

'map to guest = bas user' doesn't do what you want ?
