[Samba] problem

some problem with our systems.
 
i'e.
 
when i click the internet properties or network neighborhood propertis,
some errors like " access to the speciefied divice, path, or file is denied".
 
what is that meaning?
what i have to do?
plz give me  responce as soon as possible.
