[Samba] creating Ghost account for "Supported Domains"

I'm having problems creating a Symantec Ghost 7.5
account that
can add machines to and from a domain. I created a
local unix
user, "gadmin", with a password on the Samba server
and put that local unix
user in the "domain admin group" in my smb.conf.

domain admin group = gadmin

I did all this in reference to this:

http://www.mail-archive.com/samba@lists.samba.org/msg19434.html

Then under the "Supported Domains list", I name my
domain and tell Ghost to create the "gadmin" account
that I named above in the previous
paragraph. Here is the following Samba error:

[2004/01/08 13:06:27, 1] smbd/password.c:(545)
Couldn't find user 'gadmin' in passdb.
[2004/01/08 13:06:27, 1] smbd/password.c:(545)
Couldn't find user 'gadmin' in passdb.
[2004/01/08 13:06:27, 1] smbd/reply.c:(1023)
Rejecting user 'gadmin': authentication failed

Am I missing a step that was listed in the above post
or doing something completely wrong? I don't
understand why I can't get this account to work with
my domain.
