Hello,

I have upgraded and installed the latest and greatest Samba RPM onto a
Red Hat V9 computer. This is my Wins server. I can find computers on
every VLAN but not the WINS server itself. On the Wins server I tried
this command and received the correct response
nmblookup -R -U <Ip of Wins server> <netbios name>

I received an error message on the Wins server when I do a find computer
for this Wins server. However, I don't get this error message when I
try finding a different computer. I can create a network map onto a
folder on this Wins server. Then and only then, I am able to find the
Wins server and this error message will also go away.
