[Samba] Moving samba domain to a new server - question

I am moving the entire samba domain to another server. The samba ip will
remain with the domain.  I want to know, besides the smb.conf file and the
smbpasswd file, are there any other files that need to be moved in order to
make sure all workstations can login to the domain and that I have no
problems.
 
Any help is appreciated.
