Samba 3 acts as nt4 pdc , if domino accepts this it will work, at my 
opinion this should be no problem at last with earlier version of domino.
exchange will honor a samba pdc include version 2003 ( i self tested it 
with 5.5 ) but only with a few tricks described by ms.
