[Samba] Names containing accentuated characters

Hi All

I use FBSD 4.9R with rsync and SAMBA 3.0.2a all work fine except that 
existing files names containing accentuated characters (french) are
incorrectly truncated but my terminal display the file's names correctly.

I looked in the doc and search on google but found no parameter related to 
this with SAMBA 3.0.2a.
