[Samba] size of the samba server

Hi,

I plan to install a samba the 3 when it'll be out with ldap
I need a bit of advice for the size of my server
for 200 hundred people
I plan to have two server
One for ldap  +oracle ( oracle won't but used intensively)
one for samba

the ldap server
processor Intel Xeon 2 Ghz / 512 Ko cache
2Go ram
scsi disk  raid 1 (36 G0)

the samba pdc server
Bi-processor Intel Xeon 2 Ghz / 512 Ko cache
2Go ram
scsi dik k raid 1 (36 G0)
