Thanks for info. I have Samba-HowTo-Collection.pdf, but there was 
nothing about VFS (looks like some obsolete version - only 14 chapters). 
So I've "googlelized" :). It looks like AUDIT will do that job, am I 
right ? (but I have to switch to S3 first to use VFS :( )
