[Samba] Windows ADS and samba 3.0

Hi,

  I have a client who has a complete windows 2000 network with ADS and he wants
to move to Linux.
I do not know what to do with the ADS and I need to have all his shares/settings
intact since he still has windows clients, anyone tried this
