[Samba] A problem

Hi there, 

I got a problem when i saw the documents, and would you mind to help me? 

My problem is, what's the meaning of "smbmnt can be installed setuid root if 
you want normal users to be able to mount their SMB shares."? 

In my linux, only root can smbmount the shared folders, but the common users 
can not, and I hope all the common users can do it. 

Could you give me kindly advice?
