[Samba] Configure Options

I'm not aware of any... the closest I can suggest is inferring from the
output of testparm.  I believe some options appear / do not appear
depending on if samba was configured with / without them.  If there are
references to winbind from testparm, then --with-winbind seems likely.
Same with pam, etc.  But this method won't work for all of them, like
--with-quotas etc.
