[Samba] Cannot access Samba files

Hi,
I am running Samba 2.2.3a as a workstation connecting to CNS-NT domain.
I can see Samba server in the domain. When I tried to connect to Samba,
\\bigred is not accessible,
you might not have permission to use this network resouce.

Below is my smb.conf
