The best way to do this is using an NTConfig.POL file located in the
NETLOGON share root directory. You create this file using the Group Policy
Editor. In it you can specify where you want the "My Documents" folder to
be located.

You need to learn correct management procedures for each application. The
network deployment needs for MS Windows applications is not consistent
across all applications.

Again, as Bradley said, these matters are NOT samba specific. Even if you
used a pure MS Windows network the requirements to do this are identical.
