[Samba] cupsaddsmb claims to work but fails

Lookup bug #82 in sambas bug tracker. The necessary
changes were incorporated in the 3.0 branch but not
yet in 2.2.x. But it should be easy to patch a couple
of lines of source and recompile samba.
