[Samba] srvtools.exe or nexus.exe

I am a bit confused.   We want to use srvmgr.exe and usrmgr.exe to manage a
Samba 3.0 domain.

Chapter 7 (Domain membership) of the Samba Project Documentation suggests
that we use nexus.exe on all client platforms except NT 4.0.   The Microsoft
documentation suggests that we use srvtools.exe on Windows 2000 professional

Why is there a difference between both sets of documentation and does it
really matter which set of tools we use?
