[Samba] Win2K sp4 can't print

Could you try adding a local user account with the same name as the
domain name.  Can you even do that? We don't have a domain, so I'm not
up on all the whys and where-fors of Domain Accounts.

Anyway if you can add a local user account with the same name as the
domain account and make the local user a member of the local
administrator group and then if the correct print job name shows up
instead of the "Remote Downlevel Document" then I tend to think we've
found a bug or feature depending on your perspective...  Grin!
