[Samba] Printing multiple copies

I don't know if this is a related phenomenon... but at work I had to 
uncheck "collate" in the printer driver options to get things sent to the 
printer as a single job. This was in Win98 and I did it simply to get my 
duplicate copies (which we are required to print of some stuff) to stop 
coming up with a seperate cover sheet.
