[Samba] Changing passwd as ordinary user

Well, I'm running RH 9.
I used "unix password sync = no" and it made *THE* difference. I mean, it
worked.
Now the question is: how to solve the problem using "unix password sync =
yes"?
What's the correct argument for doing this in smb.conf, since I'm on RH?
