If i good read you miss tunnel config
Need create tunnel this:
windows port 139/localhost --->>> ssh client forward crypted to :linux ip:
port ssh server ??? --->>> on linux ssh decrypt and forward to linux
localhost port 139
You miss forward windows 139 to localhost 139 is loop forwarding<<<???
