[Samba] Drbd, Heartbeat & Samba

Hello, 
 
I want to build a HA-Cluster with Drbd, Heartbeat and Samba. I read that 
there are problems with IP-takeover (http://linux-ha.org/  ; 
ToDo-List).Which problem can be arise? How can I avoid this problems or is 
this combination at all possibel?
