[Samba] How to find out, if samba has SSL/LDAP support or not

Another approach would be to tun 'testparm' on the samba-2.0 systems and
look for the ssl and ldap entries. If not there, then support was not
comiled in.
Note: In samba-2.x testparm is verbose by default, in samba-3.x it is not.
To get samba-3.x to be verbose use the -v option.
