[Samba] Samba 2.2.3a and w2k connection problems

Hi

I have a Debian Linux server with samba 2.2.3a
When I try to connect to it from a Windows 2000
machine I get an error message saying:

System error 1240 has occurred.

The account is not authorized to log in from this station.

The samba server is configured with encrypt passwords = yes
The server uses domain authentication and the whole setup worked fine
until I reinstalled the server and copied the config files
into the fresh install.
