[Samba] upgrading from 2.2.x to 3.0

I'm currently using Samba 2.2.8a to run an NT domain. I'm using a pretty basic setup. No 
LDAP or anything fancy like that. If I upgrade to 3.0, will I have to change any 
configuration or do anything special to keep my domain working?
