[Samba] unable to contact SAMBA via Linux-Client

hello all,

i use Samba 3.0 with different clients. I directories and printers with
them. So:


Client/     Windows     Linux
Device

Share        works       works*
Printer      works       works
Domain-Auth. works       doesn't work

* works via mount -t .....

i installed winbind on the server-machine...but i still cannot do my auth
against the smb-server.

-Auth.Method is: smbpasswd/encrypted
-i net joined them all
- each machine has its account in passwd and smbpasswd (ending $)

HOW CAN I GET MY LINUXBOXES INTO THE DOMAIN SO I CAN AUTH THEM TOO?? And
does anybody have any idea, how i could automatize the mount of the shares
automatically without using fstab?
