[Samba] Comparison of Samba function to WinNT4/Win2K

Has anyone done or have available a comparison of the function in Samba
(2.2 and/or 3.0) to the function provided in Win NT4 and/or Win 2K? I have
a customer asking for this comparison before they will make a decision to
move to Samba. They want to know if they will be loosing and/or gaining
anything from the migration. Today, they are 100% Win NT4.
