[Samba] Slow Windows XP shared browsing.

We had the same problem, and at least one contributing factor was that EAP
was turned on.

If you go into the properties of your network, then go to the
'Authentication' tab, you can turn off EAP in there.  Make sure that *all*
checkboxes are unchecked and not just greyed -- apparently, it stays enabled
if the box is checked and greyed.
