[Samba] Questions on how to safely upgrade Samba

Make sure you read the release notes (WHATSNEW.txt) for 
new/removed/modified parameters.  Also read the section on upgrading
from 2.2.  Make sure to backup local tdbs since downgrading from 3.0 is 
not supported.
