[Samba] user profiles

I'm new to samba, and I'm trying to configure a samba server as a PDC 
controller for a windowsNT domain. everything went fine except for the user 
profiles, when a user logs on to the domain, I get the message that windows 
could not get a profile from the server,

I'm trying to create roaming profiles for the users, but it's not working, I 
get the message : access denied.
