[Samba] host machine doesn't show up in browse list

Are you the admin of the whole thing? If "yes" blatantly cheat elections and
grab the browse list! :-E Never mind the PDC. Also using wins helped me a
lot. That is a WINS samba server is a treasure; you can always look at the
/var/lock/samba/wins.dat and see who's who in that windows world...
