[Samba] [Please help] Domain migration

Although I haven't done extensive testing, it seems to be working just
fine.  I can now see all the users on the SNAP server.

Did you change the name ?  This will cause a new domain SID to be 
generated (either domain name or netbios name of the server).  Best to 
bring up the new server as a Samba BDC and set the domain sid using 
smbpasswd -S.
