[Samba] Massive connectivity problems.

I am running the samba 2.2.4 on freebsd 4.5.  Everyday I get complants from my client that they are saving a document to the server and their access program gets bumped off. these are some of the error messages below that i am getting.  I do not understand them all and I read in the BUGS.txt that INTERNAL ERROR means a bug of faluty software/hardware.. has anyone else had problems on FreeBSD 4.5 and samba?
