[Samba] using samba to replace bdc with nt4 pdc

for the moment samba cannot act as a real BDC....
but if you are talking of migrating the actual PDC to a samba then you can
"emulate" the functions of a real BDC .
i think that there is a HowTo in the samba Docs..
