[Samba] Initialize samba at boot time

Sounds as if you are running RedHat?? I would try to run 'chkconfig --list'
and see what services that are started for each runlevel or possibly the
more graphical 'ntsysv --level 345' (you can specify whatever runlevel you
want here).
