[Samba] samba 2.2.3a - using winbind on AIX

Hi all

Winbind looks like a good tool - but the WhatsNew.txt file suggests that
it's not available on AIX, is this correct?
(just Linux, Solaris, Irix and HP-UX)

If it's available on Linux has anyone tried using it with AIX5L - which has
"linux affinity"?

Has anyone tried to port it over to AIX - if so how and with what success?

If not any idea when it will be available for AIX, as it doesn't seem to be
in the future plans list?
