[Samba] problems getting samba2.2.2 setup

   workgroup = test
   log file = /var/log/samba/log.%m
   max log size = 50
   security = user
   socket options = TCP_NODELAY SO_RCVBUF=8192
SO_SNDBUF=8192
[tmp]
   comment = Test
   path = /tmp
   browseable = yes
   writable = yes
   guest ok = yes

The global settings are from the sample conf.
When I go to my 98se box I can see my samba server but
get this error when i click on it:

The computer or sharename could not be found. Make
sure you typed it correctly, and try again.

This machine is on a private network with win98/2000
machines.
