[Samba] Samba 2.2.4 and PRINT$

Sorry to sound dense, but would someone instruct me on how this patch is
applied?

I am noticing spoolsv errors more often than I first thought.

I have a few years of linux under my belt, but would not consider myself
better than intermediate (i.e. no kernel compiling experience, etc).
