[Samba] subject header

I hadn't even realized that was there!

However, if it is going to put to a vote, I vote to leave it turned on... 
Many of the lists I am on send the name of the list as automatically 
pre-prended to the subject.  It makes it a lot easier to sort through a 
too-full INBOX.
