SMB replication form LB to MB over two subnets

I read all the documents and FAQ about Browsing but I tstill don't get it to 
work like I would want.
I have two subnets connected via a VPN, workstations have primary wins set to 
local, sec to remote:

Ermelo, 10.2.0.0/24, server 10.2.0.254, Workgroup OTW81, Master Browser:

In Ermelo we do see the workstations from Zeist. In Zeist I only see the server 
in Ermelo. In the Zeist logfile I see:

The first log says that it sees (on a network level) the Master Browser, but 
one line down it complains about not being able to find it?

What do i miss for correct synchronization?
