samba and windows

I am running Samba on a solaris box and windows NT 4.0 on some others.  I
have a list of users that need to have access to a unix samba share
directory from the windows machines.  Some of the users need to be able edit
and delete files and the rest only need to read access.  How do I accomplish
this?
