those might be named dos2unix and unix2dos on different systems, but
assumed the box in question is a linux box and has cups installed, just
configuring the system default printer to be a windows shared printer
should do the tick, and also gives the possibility to print other stuff
as well with auto-converting to PCL or PostScript.
