[Samba] (no subject)

Hi people, sorry for the previous HTML stuff, I hope this time it's plain
text.  Here's my problem:

I'm not sure if this is a samba/solaris problem or a Win98 problem and I'll
tell you why.  I have a Solaris 8 server running samba 2.2.2, a linux/samba
2.0.7 box and a couple Win 98 boxes. When I did a complete restore of my
Win98 box from tape, I could no longer access the Solaris 8 server via
network neighborhood. I can see the Solaris/samba box there with the other
Win98 and linux box but when I double click on the Solaris box I get
\\Sunbox is not accessible. The computer or share name could not be found.
Make sure you typed it in correctly".
This is strange because from the other Win98 box I can access the Solaris
samba resource without a problem. I thought this might be a password
problem so I changed my samba password but that didn't work either.
Essentially I cannot access the Solaris/samba resource from just one Win98
workstation (mine).

Here is a dump of the packets on the sunbox:

(/)-->snoop -d iprb1
Using device /dev/iprb (promiscuous mode)
        gary -> 192.168.0.255 NBT NS Query Request for SUNBOX[20], Success
        gary -> 192.168.0.255 NBT NS Query Request for SUNBOX[20], Success
        melody -> 64.12.25.92  TCP D=5190 S=3137     Ack=3620371547
Seq=399977304 Len=6 Win=9520
        64.12.25.92 -> melody       TCP D=3137 S=5190     Ack=399977310
Seq=3620371547 Len=0 Win=16384
        gary -> 192.168.0.255 NBT NS Query Request for SUNBOX[20], Success

The PC 'gary' cannot access samba resource. All I see are a couple of
successful NBT NS query requests but that's all.

This is the snoop with the PC 'melody' that can access the Solaris 8 samba
without a problem:

 melody -> 192.168.0.255 NBT NS Query Request for SUNBOX[20], Success
      melody -> sunbox       NBT C port=3399

      sunbox -> melody       SMB R Code=0x25 Name=SMBtrans Error=0

Quite different.
