[Samba] not browsable

I have the same problem here! Following O'Reilly Samba book there is 
something wrong with nmbd, but I could not find WHAT is wrong with it. It's 
just Browsing which does not work. I have set up my server to be wins, but I 
do not think it is acting like that... Should not port 1512 be opened?
