[Samba] Redundant WINS?

Hello,

two questions:

1) Is it possible to set up several (samba based) WINS servers that exchange
   their databases (redundancy)?
2) Has anyone a solution for the WINS/WINS-R records and bind?

Background: We want to move the dhcp, dns and wins services for an NT4 network
with domains towards Linux servers running ISC's bind and dhcp servers (and
samba's nmbd as wins server of course :)
