[Samba] winbind in HP/UX 10.20

Hi Demerson,
Dynamic Name Service Switch support did not make it into HP-UX
until 10.30 (ie there was no nsswitch.conf, and getpwnam, etc could only
query the /etc/passwd, /etc/group files, and went to NIS based on what it
found there).
Samba with winbind expects to be able to invoke libnss_winbind as a method
of resolving the existence of a user, and get its uid, etc.  without nss,
this
is not possible.
