[Samba] Solaris 8 Build Errors for 2.2.3

G'day. I have built 2.2.3 for Solaris 8 successfully and it also appears
to be running nicely on our dev box. However I got the following errors
during the build and wondered is there was anything I ought to be
concerned about:

Compiling libsmb/clistr.c
libsmb/clistr.c: In function `clistr_push':
libsmb/clistr.c:76: warning: passing arg 1 of pointer to function
discards qualifiers from pointer target type

Compiling lib/system.c
lib/system.c: In function `sys_readdir':
lib/system.c:233: warning: return from incompatible pointer type

Compiling lib/fsusage.c
lib/fsusage.c: In function `sys_fsusage':
lib/fsusage.c:127: warning: passing arg 2 of `statvfs64' from
incompatible pointer type

If anyone can confirm or deny that these errors are something to be
concerned about I'd be grateful. I've not found any problems running
this build on the dev but I just wanted to make sure :)

Machine Specs:
- Ultra 10
- Solaris 8
- gcc
